Where the duty was formed

Duty began early, on Beirut's harbour from 1954, where trade was learned by watching rather than being taught formally.

It was tested on Aberdeen's docks from 1975, standing in cold northern waters far from where it started.

It became institutional with Al Shene Marine Holding from 1995, and is now passed on as Rashid takes up daily operations, logistics and supply.
